We are a small studio specializing in yoga and BodyBalance. You can join us for different forms of yoga and related disciplines, from a quiet yin class to a spirited pilates workout. And it can be different every week, because as a member you have a free choice of all the classes in our schedule.
Our mission? To let you go home satisfied and relaxed after class. Or you can stay after class and chat in our café over a cup of coffee or tea.
