What are the tariffs of ODS?
You will pay the membership fee which is mentioned with the chosen sport. ODS won’t charge any side fee.

What are the opening hours of ODS?
ODS is available by phone from Monday till Thursday from 09:00 till 12:30 and from 13:00 tot 17:00. 

Can i only participate when my employer is registered with ODS?
Yes, only when your employer is connected to ODS, can you participate in sport activities with a discount.

I already have a fitness subscription. Can this be also done trough ODS? 
If the sport institution is connected to ODS, you could request them to change your subscription to an ODS subscription.

What should I do if the swimming pool indicates that the photo on the ODS card is out of date?
Send an email with a recent photo to info@ods-sport.nl. You will receive a new ODS card within a few days. You also need to return the old ODS to:

How can I join ODS?
You can subscribe through our website www.ods-sport.nl. You will find the registration form on the membership page.

How can I add a family member?
You can send an email to info@ods-sport.nl. Please provide the following information in the email:
– Name
– Date of birth
– Choice of sports
– Recent photo
After receiving the above information, we will only make an ODS card. Within a few days, you will receive the ODS card by mail.

I lost my ODS membership card, what now?
Contact us by phone: 046-4106236 or email: info@ods-sport.nl. After registration of the lost membership card, we will send you a new membership card as soon as possible.

I would like to tell you about a change of address.
Please send an email to info@ods-sport.nl which contains your old and new address. Or send us by mail to Postbus 1199, 6160 BD  Geleen 

I’m retired or switching jobs. What will happen with my ODS subscription?
As soon as its known that you will retire or switch jobs, you have to inform us about that.

I want to change my bankaccount number, how can I arrange this?
You can contact us by phone: 046-4106236 or by email: info@ods-sport.nl.

You will then receive a new debit authorization by email. Please fill in the authorization and sign it by email or by post.

 

Are there any requirements according to the photo?
You do not have to submit a passport photo. You can also choose to make a picture with your mobile phone. You can send the photo digitally to us: info@ods-sport.nl.

Can I unsubscribe for a period of less than one year?
No, membership is entered for a minimum of one year. After that year, membership can be terminated on a monthly basis, with a notice period of one month being applied.

How can I terminate / terminate my membership?
Send a letter with the name, address, residence and membership number of the person for whom the cancellation / cancellation applies, together with the reason for termination and your ODS, only return to:

Upon receipt of the membership slip, the termination of your membership can be processed. You must take into account a notice period of one month. Also, you must notify your registered office at the relevant sports institute

Can I also terminate / terminate my membership in the meantime?
Indien een van onderstaande situaties zich voordoen, mag het lidmaatschap tussentijds beëindigd worden:

– Passing away

Does ODS have a notice period?
Yes, there is a notice period of one month, starting on the last day of the month of termination.

Do I have to pay entry fees, deposit or administration fees?
When entering an ODS membership, the gym may charge entry fee, or sponsor for a passport or clubkey. This is, except for Fit4Free, collected directly from the gym.

Can I suspend or deactivate my subscription?
In case of long-term illness or pregnancy, there is the possibility of deactivating membership after consultation with the gym and the ODS Foundation.

Can I change my membership?
Send a letter with the name, address, residence and membership number of the person for whom the change applies, together with the desired change and the ODS, only return to:

We process your change and you will receive a new ODS password.

If you want to convert the existing subscription to a new subscription, this may be after the annual contract expires.

You can add a new subscription at any time to your existing subscription. The new subscription will begin in the following month.

How is the contribution collected?
Your employer has chosen one of the options below:
– Your employer’s contribution will be deducted from your salary.
– Your contribution will be deducted directly from your bank account through your direct debit authorization.

Can I choose how the contribution will be collected?
No, this is determined by your employer.

When will the contribution be cashed?
The contribution will be collected monthly after the start date of your membership. Example: Have you joined the month of April. Then we will collect your contribution around the 25th of April. We always collect the contribution of the current month.
